1. Students and clients must provide accurate information during registration.
2. Providing false information may result in rejection, suspension, or cancellation of services.
4.Fees & Payments Payments may be made through approved online or offline methods.
Payment is considered successful only after confirmation by Applixera. Invoices and payment receipts may be issued for transactions.
5.Refund Policy
1. All registrations and service payments are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
2. In exceptional circumstances beyond the participant’s reasonable control, Applixera may review the request and, at its sole discretion, approve a partial refund.
3. Full refunds will not be provided after registration confirmation.
6.Attendance Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions regularly. Applixera is not responsible for missed classes due to the participant’s absence, internet issues, device problems, or personal reasons.
7.Code of Conduct Every participant shall:

2. Maintain professional behavior.
3. Avoid abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or disruptive conduct.

9.Recording Policy Recording any class, meeting, webinar, workshop, discussion, demonstration, or training session is strictly prohibited unless prior written permission is obtained from Applixera.
10.Intellectual Property All course materials, presentations, recordings, software, documents, branding, logos, websites, graphics, videos, learning resources, and other content provided by Applixera remain the exclusive intellectual property of Applixera Software Solutions unless otherwise stated.
11.Anti-Piracy Policy Participants shall not:
1. Copy course materials.
2. Upload materials online.
3. Sell or redistribute content.
4. Share login credentials.
5. Allow unauthorized access.
6. Create unauthorized copies.
7. Violation may result in legal action.
12.AI Usage Policy Participants may use AI tools for learning assistance unless specifically restricted by the trainer. Submitting AI-generated work as original work without disclosure, or using AI to cheat in assessments, is prohibited.
13.Student Projects Students retain ownership of the projects they create.By participating in Applixera programs, students grant Applixera a nonexclusive right to showcase project titles, screenshots, demonstrations, presentations, and achievements for educational, promotional, branding, website, portfolio, and marketing purposes, with appropriate credit where reasonably possible.
14.Assessments & Certification Certificates will be issued only to participants who satisfy the course requirements determined by Applixera. Applixera reserves the right to withhold certificates where requirements are not met.
15.Certificate Revocation Applixera reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or invalidate any certificate if it was obtained through: Fraud Misrepresentation Academic misconduct Identity impersonation Policy violations
16.Internship & Placement Applixera may provide internship guidance, placement assistance, career mentoring, resume support, LinkedIn guidance, and mock interviews. However, Applixera does not guarantee internships, employment, job offers, placements, salaries, or career outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing.
17.Marketing Consent By participating in Applixera services, you authorize Applixera to use your: Name Photographs Videos Testimonials Project demonstrations Success stories for educational, promotional, branding, website, portfolio, and social media purposes without additional compensation.
18.Course Modifications Applixera reserves the right to modify:

3. Schedule
4. Duration
5. Batch timings
6. Delivery mode
7. Learning materials

9. Course fees (for future enrollments)

19.Right to Refuse or Terminate Services Applixera reserves the right to refuse admission, suspend access, or terminate services if a participant violates these Terms or engages in conduct that may harm Applixera, its staff, students, clients, or reputation.
20.Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Applixera shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of its services.
21.Force Majeure Applixera shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, public emergencies, strikes, technical failures, pandemics, or similar events.
22.Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where Applixera Software Solutions has its principal place of business.
